Had to wait a week and a half to get seen because no appointment available. I joined the appointment, and stayed on for like 10 mins only for them to cancel my appointment because they all of a sudden don’t have my intake paperwork, and tell me to wait another 10 days for the next available appointment. For someone who is needing treatment I would rather you at least refer me to someone else so I can be seen. I had been suggested to try this psychiatry clinic after two of my siblings had generally favorable experiences with Jodi Hopkins here; I was unable to see her as a patient, so I was given an option to schedule with another doctor, and one was chosen at random for me. I do not ever leave reviews for things but I felt compelled to do so following my experience with this clinic. Therapist is very accomodating and goes the extra mile!
Great bedside manner. Genuinely expresses care, compassion, quick to offer treatment designed to the patient. Goes above and beyond to satisfy patients needs. Very impressed with his service.
Fast and efficient services, appointments are on time and online so they are easy to attend. Dr Peter is quick to respond to personal issues. Their services have been very helpful.
