Love HFP! I've been a customer for years and never had a bad experience. Everyone at both locations goes out of their way to greet customers as they walk in the door. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and I trust the quality of the products that HPF carries. Well, I was there prior to Thanksgiving. I like to buy from Holistic even though I can purchase some products from Amazon cheaper. The sales help knowledge has slipped in the past year. I don't know if it's the exspansion Valerie has done. I asked in regards to a note on the door for a Black Friday special. The newer help asked Valerie who told me to look up on website about bag size. I couldn't find the Black Friday sale listed on the webpage. So maybe I should be looking at Amazon or other to purchase if services are bette... read more
Yesterday was my first visit to this store and they were so helpful and they cared about my baby as much as I do..
Today was my first time in the store and I couldn't be more happier! The staff is full of knowledge and really takes the time to inform you. I have never been so impressed with the customer service! The prices are also amazing! I will be a lifelong customer that's for sure! Thank you so much for your help today the cats and dogs love their new food Thank you!
