Kate has been unbelievable kind and helpful!! I have 2 labs that have food allergies, and she was very helpful in finding the food that would help them with this. Then after all that 1 of my dogs became diagnosed with a heart problem. She help me get the right food for his heart but also one he would eat. She took the time to help with supplement and contact them directly so I could find out the right mg in it. This store carries many wonderful local products and the people who work there are knowledgeable and genuinely interested in animals. �
My little cat has become healthier since eating only food from Holistic for Pets. There is a remarkable difference in her coat too. The staff there is outstanding in their knowledge and service, especially Kate Runyon.

Knowledgeable staff always ready to help, and awesome selection of good quality pet food. As other reviewer has mentioned - they always keep you updated if some products would no longer be available, and recommend what would be a suitable replacement. Never had a bad experience there.
