SKETCHY I went in for a first appointment to see if she would be a good fit as I wanted a functional dr but the behavior I saw there made me very concerned. For example, before my appointment she was berating her new assistants about them not handling a client call properly, loudly telling them “that is my richest client!”, and “you are costing me money!”. As a former employee, I experienced a toxic and emotionally draining work environment. Younger staff were often micromanaged, undermined, and made to feel replaceable. My experience left me feeling devalued and deeply affected. I hope others are treated with more care moving forward.
Dr. Freedman is truly amazing and one of a kind. She is very open, and straightforward. I am a 38yr old male and feel completely comfortable with her and her staff. She informs me of all my options but never pushes me or coerces me into making any decisions I don’t feel comfortable with.
Dr Freedman was great. She took the time to listen, and developed a plan of care focused on my goals. Professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and encouraging —it doesn’t get better than that!
A doctor I can trust. Gives me a non nonsense, evidence based, and holistic approach to lifelong good health. Super happy!
