I am one of those 'difficult to treat' patients so much so that my primary care doctor referred me out to a psy doc. At that point I knew I had to find a doctor who could understand my condition so I looked for a Functional medicine doc and found Dr. Woliner. I thought I had an underacting thyroid and I was desperate to get help but my doctor said she did not treat Hashimotos so I found Dr. Woliner and he fixed my condition along with my slow metabolism. Next we will work on my estrogen dominance and low adrenals. Dr. Woliner takes care of all my symptoms where other doctors just want to say no and refer me out. I was looking for a doctor to help treat my condition Hashimoto's. I excercised often but could not lose weight and I was always tired. I wanted to optimize my health but I was not being heard by my doctor. I found Dr. Woliner to be very experienced in treating thyroid conditions and while he does not take insurance, he is worth paying out of pocket for. My thyroid is under control and I am finally getting the sleep I need.
Dr. Woliner checks things that no other doctor has ever looked at before. I finally got a real dignosis and treatment plan. It's wonderful to feel like a healthy happy person once again. Best 'wholistic' doctor ever!!
Dr. Woliner has been taking care of my Hasimoto's thyroid condition for years. I will never go to another doctor for treatment of this condition, they do not understand it like Dr. Woliner. I do have to pay out of pocket to see him but it's worth it.
Tired of being misdiagnosed and taking medications for no reason, I decided to see Dr. Woliner hoping for the proper diagnosis and treatment. He did not disappointment. I finally know what has been troubling me and now on the right treatment.
Tired of being yelled at by my doctor because she could not get my hormones stable, I did some research and found Dr. Woliner and read how he helped similar patients with their hormones.
