Neann is awesome!! She makes you feel comfortable and validated. She always checks on how you are doing. She is very intuitive. I don't ever want the facial to end because I'm so relaxed.

I always feel so well-taken care of during my appointments! Neann is so thoughtful about the whole experience: spaces that feel welcoming, snacks and drinks, heated or weighted blankets, as well as making sure I feel comfortable during the appointment. I have sensitive skin (and smell), so she’s very considerate of all the products she uses. Helping people is her passion!
