Not at all impressed. The massage gal wrecked my cheek massaging my masseter. The insurance gal doesn't know how to smile. Charged me $20 to get a copy of my cone beam xray to me. Sent it in a padded mailer with no support and it broke. To get it in time for another opinion I had to drive 4 hours round trip to get a new disk. And the wonder why I'm upset? Doc couldn't give me and sound advice on my teeth excision and ramifications. Not a good impression.
I really like Dr. Jana. She is very thorough in her exam, practices and explanations. I appreciated her precautions in removing mercury fillings and her willingness to realistically work with what I was comfortable with.
