The people are nice but Bathroom has been out of order over a month!!! I drive x island for this dentist. My night mouth guard shrank bc the wholistic young lady dentist advised me to clean it in denture cleaner which has blue smelly chemicals! So I looked online for natural (holistic) ways to clean it and found to use baking soda or peroxide. I soak it in baking soda. It shrunk… Im now venting. Dr. Doi and staff are exceptional! Appointments are on time, he is quick at his work, and does a great job. He was recommended to me by my friend, Noran, of whom I am grateful for this reference. If I could give them more stars, I would!
I have been working at dental business over 30 yrs and last 10 yrs working with Dr Doi. He has been such a mentor to me that makes me looking at dentistry differently than any dental practice. His healthy life style reflects as dental practitioner . He cares so much about patients and his staff , pleasure to work with him.

I haven't been to a dentist for 15 years plus, I heard this dentist was taking new patients on the radio, if you live on the Big Island you know 0 places take new clients. The staff was excellent, from Lexi doing my x rays to Dr. Nicole going through what my mouth health looks like, saying I had a cavity and helping me that same appointment .
