If I could give -0 stars I would. My husband and I both had absolute appalling experiences with Dr Edwards and his team . At my first appointment, he arrived 2 hours late. The receptionist was rude, and his office is old/dated , with the building built on a lake and not updated for what appeared to be the last 30 years and smelled of mold. I had to move a couple of appointments due to travel for work and out of the blue, they sent me a notice that they would no longer have me as a patient. Dr. Edwards, like his father before him, is the absolute best dentist I’ve ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond for his patients.The entire staff are also very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Everyone thinks I’m crazy, but I still use them even though I moved out of Florida years ago, so now I travel from NC for all appointments. It’s definitely worth it! I can’t recommend him enough.
We absolutely love Dr. Edwards and staff! So very helpful. Myself and my son attend, and I am currently moving my other kiddos over! Highly recommend for adults and children alike!
I love it here! Everyone is so kind, the service is gentle and thorough. This is your PLACE (especially for my health minded peeps). Minh is always my hygienist and we have a blast every visit. Can’t speak highly enough of this office and these people. :)
Great service! Minh always goes above and beyond and is the most pleasant oral hygienist I’ve ever had. This is the first dentist office I’ve ever been to that provided this level of service. More than pleased with my experience
