I highly recommend Dr. Garcia to all of my friends and co-workers. He always takes his time and explains things in a way that I can understand. I lift weights and unfortunately I do not stretch like I should so needless to say that my muscles get very tight. Tight muscles make it difficult for most chiropractors to get my bones moving but Dr. Garcia uses a state of the art laser that safely relaxes my muscles for a thorough manipulation. I was a grocery stocker from the age of 14 to 22 which involved heavy lifting every day. From 17-21 I was also in University which involved countless hours sitting down during lecture and studying. 23-24 I've been in law school (8-12hrs of sitting) and all the years of back stress caught up to me.
