I had a very disappointing experience regarding billing and payment handling. I had a written agreement to pay an agreed upon amount per month on the 10th of each month until my balance was paid off. Despite that agreement, an additional amount was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent and without any advance notice or communication. Holistic is a wonderful group therapy practice that provides comprehensive mental health care to kids and teens while prioritizing affordable, accessible care. This combination is, unfortunately, a rarity in our healthcare system, due to the labyrinthine nature of health insurance coverage and billing.
