This place is unprofessional starting with the receptionist, to the PT . I called to verified to see if my insurance has approved for services. Receptionist said "you have an appointment today." It was Friday mid afternoon, I let her know I was not aware and she transferred me to the case manager. Case manager said, you have an appointment today. I don't think this is even a real health company. The nurse didn't know how to bandage my dad's arm and made it bleed all over the place and then they never called for any follow-up visits, even though they were supposed to come daily. Calling kaiser to have this company investigated

I am giving a star to Shannon and Casandra, Shannon called on a Monday, promising to call to confirm time and all that was discussed over phone primarily that Monday, never called, Friday comes along no call yet! Obviously can’t a nurse that after 3 straight days of calling the facility, leaving messages for her to call me back, and yet nothing!
