I am giving a star to Shannon and Casandra, Shannon called on a Monday, promising to call to confirm time and all that was discussed over phone primarily that Monday, never called, Friday comes along no call yet! Obviously can’t a nurse that after 3 straight days of calling the facility, leaving messages for her to call me back, and yet nothing!
