I saw Shannon for a post op lymphatic massage. She was delicate and careful around my incision sites and helped me to feel comfortable the entire time. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything that she was doing. I enjoyed learning more about my body and what to expect during my ongoing post op recovery. I felt some immediate relief and look forward to my next treatment.

Shannon was fabulous. Knowledgeable, calm, informative. I left feeling so wonderful. She added some cupping but not cup in one place but rather moving it around. It felt great and I hope it will have a longer lasting impact to my tight shoulders and neck than deep tissue massage.

Highly recommended that you get your relaxation here! Shannon did such an amazing job. I felt fully relaxed and like all the weight was taken off my shoulders at the end of my session!!! She worked with what my body needed and made sure everything was just right. If you’re looking for someone who knows exactly what they’re doing… you found it!!
