I have been seeing the PA about my mental issues since Aug 2021. We have never communicated by video because I can't unmute. She listens to my concerns but no feed back. Medication keeps increasing for insomnia but doesn't work all the time. The voices I hear and things I see or feel are not address. My ringing ears, shacking hands, restless legs are noted but not discussed. I still go into rages bit no longer am identified bipolar. I have been taking my son here for over two years. The office changed doctor's a few months ago. I have been there two or three times since the change. I am upset because all of a sudden while trying to make an appointment for over a week with no return call back. I finally spoke to the receptionist after being placed on hold and hung up on. I called back and was told that neither of my two insurance providers are accepted. My child needs a prescription refill . This is so unprofessional and inconvenient.
