There are better cruise travel agencies out there. They get quite snippy on the phone when I requested a date change/quote. She told me they were "busy". and told me I would get it by the end of day the via email - never received it. I then decided to cancel my 2018 booking with them and again, after being told it would be done by the end of the day - it wasn't.
