We had a great experience with Holiday Rental. The home we booked was beautiful— clean, spacious, and exactly what we were looking for. It felt more like a private resort than a rental. The team was very responsive and easy to work with. They checked us in, in person and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. On 3/2/2025 we executed a contract to rent “Luxury Oasis" in Paradise Valley, AZ from 7/4/2025 to 7/11/2025. On 7/2/2025 at 5:15 PM, less than 48 hours prior to the rental period, I received a call from Colin Agosta informing me that the property would not be available due to significant damage caused by the previous renters. He stated that this damage included multiple holes in walls, as well as plumbing damage caused by flushing feminine hygiene products. Our ladies trip of 17 stayed in this amazing residence for a week. The home provided enough space for everyone to stretch out and have privacy if needed, or come together to swim, golf or pickleball. We didn't plan many events or activities outside the home, and we are happy we didn't. There was so much to do here!
