I have been a member of Holiday Systems Int since 2006. I’ve had problems but have choose to think they will do better next time. Well their will be no next time. We have a one week vacation scheduled in Las Vegas starting March 29-April. Once California went into lock down I tried reaching HSI to no avail. I then called resort where we would be staying and they were closing down. Again, tried HSI no answer. Friendly customer service.
After 3 years of "membership", we have not once been able to find anything vaguely close to what we are looking for. I can not even access the website sice it refuses to recognize my password. Emails to them have gone unanswered. They are ready to send the renewal fee bill in a timely manner with threats to lose your privileges and have to repurchase in order to use it again. It is a lose lose situation.
