I have the holiday car wash pass app and I went to use it, the light activated green on the pole next to the car wash but the door didn't open and the touch screen didn't change from the original screen. When I tried my app again, it said I got a wash to soon that I can't get a wash again. I asked for help inside and no employee knows anything about there wash or how the app works and said they can't help me. The manager & staff are quite unprofessional and rude, never have any patience, never admit any mistake they made, will never come again
Pumps are rigged, had 32 gallons pumped into my van , never went over 29 anywhere else, even when was out of gas, !!!!scammers!@!
Crooked Business with a Toxic Atmosphere! There was a HUGE OPEN sign lit up next to the car wash, so I drove directly to the carwash entrance kiosk and paid for the wash (since I didn't need gas). After inserting my credit card, the machine instructed me to pull forward. The door to the wash opened... And there was a traffic cone in the middle of the wash.
