I am writing this as a formal complaint regarding the Holiday station on Monty Sello. I purchased a monthly car wash membership specifically to protect my vehicle from winter road salt. However, during the most critical winter months — when daily washing was necessary — the car wash was repeatedly closed, with the entrance blocked by an orange cone.
