The store is AWESOME! Helpful people and friendly employees. The car was though, its a joke. 1st of all, holiday only uses high pH presoak, so it doesnt fully clean the car like a two-step High & Low pH presoak would. It leaves a film on your vehicle, and dirt too! The dryers are absolutely horrible, they do pretty much nothing, they cant dry the sides and they leave water all over. Service is fine but they literally never have hot food, like ever. Figure that should be a standard at any gas station.
This car wash is a royal joke. I've used it in the past and it has ALWAYS left waters spots and residue on the car's surfaces despite using the full 80 seconds of the "blow dry" stage. In spite of this, I've continued coming here, especially in the winters since it was conveniently located (only a few minutes from my house) and it was more important to get the road salt off. For whatever reason, this place refused to sell me gasoline. The staff working the counter inside were unhelpful.
