Ice fell off of the building damaging my vehicle. Corporate has never called me to take care of it. How unprofessional. Beware of this place.
John the store manager is awesome! He goes above and beyond and was extremely kind!
car wash sucks and doesn’t clean. don’t even understand why people come here
The car wash is actually trash. Doesn’t dry, leaves soap all over, and flatout doesn’t clean. Have told the employees and manager, they do not seem to care.
The store is AWESOME! Helpful people and friendly employees. The car was though, its a joke. 1st of all, holiday only uses high pH presoak, so it doesnt fully clean the car like a two-step High & Low pH presoak would. It leaves a film on your vehicle, and dirt too! The dryers are absolutely horrible, they do pretty much nothing, they cant dry the sides and they leave water all over.
