Just wanting to make a comment, this is a horrible franchise had issues plenty of times franchise owner told me to stop calling most staff don’t smile thank you and have a great day. It goes a long ways. They probably could learn. From kwik Trip Way better service
The gas pumps will not shut up! Theres no way to mute them, and the pumps take forever too!!
Terrible customer service in the morning. The young lady I had today did not say one word to me throughout our whole transaction. No one wants to be at work at 7:00 in the morning. Hello and thank you goes a long way.
I have came to this gas station a lot just for filling gas on 8/30 I came in to the store it was my first and last time this dude was the worst employee I have ever seen I don’t know why he is even working there absolutely terrible customer service I would recommend anyone going there it should be close.
I came in on 8/19 and the clerk called the cops on me for trying to help deescalate a situation that he was escalating. The person he was getting into it with was a vulnerable adult. When I asked for his name to call his manager he actually called the cops on me. Even tho he was the violent person. He and his coworker would not give me his name and told the police not to either. The fact that he pointed at me and did a crying baby face and then call the cops right after is wild.
