They have sure gone downhill since they were sold to circle k. Car washes suck always broken and there's always something wrong with the pumps

This holiday car washed does not the accept the holiday car wash app. I was trapped in line before I found out it didn’t work and had to have everyone back up to let me out. The toothless lady working told me “the app doesn’t work and we can’t give codes because the app can be used at any holiday so you can just go to a different one”. Since the app only allows one wash per day and I already attempted to use it, I can’t go to another one. Lots of time wasted and bad service from the team working.
