When I arrived to get gas I paid inside and when I went outside the pump wasn't working so when I told the cashier Kathryn she refunded me, had me rerun my card and sent me to pump 12, which was down and even had the out of service bag on the handle. She was then rude to me the whole interaction and made it difficult to get my receipts even denying me a receipt until one of her coworkers spoke up to help her in her ignorance.
