We have stayed here multiple times, and nothing bad to say at all. Staff is super friendly, the hotel os close to everything, and we will continue to stay here.
Clean room, great location and awesome staff
The location is good, but I’m disgusted by the hotel’s no-refund policy when guests have to leave early because of illness or an emergency. These situations can be completely outside a guest’s control, and refusing to refund payment for unused nights is unreasonable and shows no compassion. A good location does not make up for a policy that penalizes guests during an already stressful situation. The view was amazing and the beds were actually pretty comfortable, they even have a pizzeria located in the hotel that stays open until 2 that delivers straight to the room. Our room was 406
Great value for your money. Plenty of parking. It's right on the beach. There is a small restaurant and ice cream place in the 2nd floor. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
