We arrived at the resort and checked in. We were given a room on the top floor that was street view. We walked in the room and it was NOTHING like the pictures. It was a very tiny room, the carpet was all stained, the bed wasn’t even a mattress it was a foam square on a cheap metal frame. Our first time at Myrtle Beach and this hotel is in a perfect Distance from beach and walk to the boardwalk. It’s quiet! Very clean. Jacuzzi was great! Indoor and outdoor pool. Hotel has No bugs! There were kids playing in pool but were not rowdy at all. Staff was friendly. Front office gave a discounted rate for a later checkout since our flight is in the late evening. Very much appreciated! Many thanks! I’ll definitely stay again if we come back. Thank you for having us!

The room smelled. The refrigerator was nasty looking on the outside. The sink leaked underneath. Parked in 10 min loading place went up stairs to get something from room, before we got back down they called our room for us to move. Their were no spots in handicap so we just parked there. But yet they let 2 motorcycles park there for several hours an over night. Bed was hard and only had 2 pillows that were flat so had to ask for 2 more. We usually stay here slot. But this time was different.
