great place to stay and save money! holiday royale is a great deal for people. i don't know why you wouldn't stay here if you were visiting!! how can you beat $20-$30 a night? you can't really. and the room is fully furnished, fully stocked, and the area is secured. highly recommended!
great value – that is great place to stay because you save money but it's right on the strip. we stayed there to watch manny pacquiao fight, and wanted to save money on lodging. if it wasn't for holiday royale's price and location (really close to the MGM Grand) we wouldn't even come to vegas to watch the fight!
coming to vegas and need to save some money? then holiday royale is perfect for you! we stayed there for about $200 week! and it is RIGHT NEXT to the strip, as well as UNLV...these are fully-furnished, extended stay hotels! you can't get a better deal for your money!

highly recommended for what it is holiday royale is an amazing value for what is. at little more than $20 a night, it's a five star ritz property. but it's good enough! it's like a little apartment, and the property is well-maintained. holiday royale offers everything you could possibly need in an extended stay hotel. highly recommended for the savvy las vegas traveler...oh and one more thing: it is walking distance to the strip!
Great Value - Cozy and Comfy Great place for the money- cozy and quiet. For a weekly stay or longer the rates can't be beat. We stayed there for 10 days during the World Series of Poker and loved the central location (it's next to Hard Rock). All in all, for the money, it's a great deal in Las Vegas
This property, while a bit into its vintage season, is a Gem in a wonderful metropolitan neighborhood. It is continually remodeled and the upkeep is amazing. The onsite property manager has always addressed any concern/problem I have ever had over the years.
