great place to stay and save money! holiday royale is a great deal for people. i don't know why you wouldn't stay here if you were visiting!! how can you beat $20-$30 a night? you can't really. and the room is fully furnished, fully stocked, and the area is secured. highly recommended!

Great Value - Cozy and Comfy Great place for the money- cozy and quiet. For a weekly stay or longer the rates can't be beat. We stayed there for 10 days during the World Series of Poker and loved the central location (it's next to Hard Rock). All in all, for the money, it's a great deal in Las Vegas

Great Value This property, while a bit into its vintage season, is a Gem in a wonderful metropolitan neighborhood. It is continually remodeled and the upkeep is amazing. The onsite property manager has always addressed any concern/problem I have ever had over the years. Most important is the attention I have received as if I were staying at a resort Hotel and not an impersonal corporate run apartment complex. Lived here for years... highly recommended for what it is holiday royale is an amazing value for what is. at little more than $20 a night, it's a five star ritz property. but it's good enough! it's like a little apartment, and the property is well-maintained. holiday royale offers everything you could possibly need in an extended stay hotel. highly recommended for the savvy las vegas traveler...oh and one more thing: it is walking distance to the strip!

This place is a dump – Room was very dirty and has a huge cockroach problem. There are better places out here with amenities like gym, tennis courts, gaming room etc. The building is directly in the glide path of airliners so be prepared to be rattled awake 100 times at night. This complex has a huge drug problem and so does the surrounding ghetto and its not very safe here. There are cheaper and safer places to stay with better amenities.

I'm so happy – Didnt think I'd be happy in a "short term" apartment, but then I realized they have residents who live here for years. So easy - one payment and all utilities are taken care of, and everyone is so nice. It's very close to everything, and I'm liking life here.

Great place! – I don't know about these other reviews, but I had a great time here. I loved the staff, and it was so close to everything without paying Strip prices. I was there for two weeks and it was perfect for me.

BAD NEWS – Terrible experience!! The pluses: good value, the office was friendly but sweep problems under the rug.. Not much else to rave about. Negatives: It's in the flight path and the noise can be disturbing at times. The wall pounding is out-of-hand. I found peep holes in the walls of the unit I rented, and I was being viewed, a horrible violation of my privacy. My neighbor just happened to be standing at her door every time I left my unit. And to think, there seems to be so many glowing reviews. Go figure!!!

i understand the allure of the strip, but i also understand that it costs a lot to stay on that strip. this hotel is great because it's right off of the Strip, and its like much much less expensive, so you do the math: $20-$30 a night (right off the strip) versus $70+ to be on the strip. and holiday royale is not far from the strip, it's the same distance from strip as one of las vegas' most popular hotels, the Hard Rock Cafe (right across the street)
