Highly recommend! I’ve worked directly with Tarese specifically. Next time we have a rental in St. George we no longer want to manage, I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her!
I am an owner , they do multiple properties for me. Plus, I give my clients their name too for their own rentals. They are the best. I never have a missed payment, or issues with the renters hardly ever happens. I think once in the past 7 years we had one complaint. Also when I drive by and maybe see something that needs to be cleaned, they get it taken care of fast! Don't hesitate to use them as an owner or a renter.
I recommend Holiday resort to both homeowners and renters. They are fair, honest, diligent, and committed to resolution of conflict arises. Quick high quality service and they hire quality professionals
They charged an absurd amount of money for the cleaning and took it out of our security deposit. We kept the place very clean and deep cleaned the house for a week before the inspection. When the inspector came through she did not say anything about the fees or if anything was wrong with the place. For carpet, there were two little rooms with just a small amount of carpet.
