In my experience, Holiday Resort Reality and Management takes advantage of younger home renters and did not follow many of the management requirements. I do not post on Google, I have never felt the need to till now, to warn young renters. 1. They were late returning our deposit 2. In our lease it is a $40 charge for inspection, we were charged $70. 3. Whom ever take the photos for the properties listed on Zillow sucks. I'm looking for a home to buy in the area and every listing posted is a mess. The pics should tell a story and take you threw the home so you can understand the layout.
These are awful people. They scammed my mom out of lots of money for a problem she did not cause, and they treated her like garbage.

Renting from Holiday Resort has been such a great experiance for my family. They are always prompt on maintenance request items and very easy to work with. Tarese has exceeded our expectations on communication for a property management company! We will continue to rent with Holiday for as long as we can.
