The worst company I have ever worked with. Tarese Bradbury is the manager I worked with through this process. I would give negative starts if I could. I would NOT recommend working with Tarese Bradbury. We rented a home in Washington from them. From the day we moved in until the day we moved out it was just not good. Highly recommend! I’ve worked directly with Tarese specifically. Next time we have a rental in St. George we no longer want to manage, I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her!
I am an owner , they do multiple properties for me. Plus, I give my clients their name too for their own rentals. They are the best. I never have a missed payment, or issues with the renters hardly ever happens. I think once in the past 7 years we had one complaint. Also when I drive by and maybe see something that needs to be cleaned, they get it taken care of fast! Don't hesitate to use them as an owner or a renter.
