They charged an absurd amount of money for the cleaning and took it out of our security deposit. We kept the place very clean and deep cleaned the house for a week before the inspection. When the inspector came through she did not say anything about the fees or if anything was wrong with the place. For carpet, there were two little rooms with just a small amount of carpet. We were ultimately forced to move out due to the recurring and severe flooding issues at the rented property. Despite our repeated efforts to seek help, we consistently reached out to management and relevant parties for assistance in addressing, resolving, and preventing the problem. We used Holiday Resort for the last two years for our rental home.Terese and her team have been outstanding in every way.Anytime we had a maintenance issues it was addressed and fixed quickly.The lease paperwork is spelled out in plan english in reguards to deposit returns and cleaning service,so if you take the time to read it there are no surprises.We asked to exit our lease early so we could rent another home closer to our family.
