This company is a joke. Rental properties not up to code. No fire detectors. Really old worn out house which I didn’t mind because I was desperate when I moved in. They require a HUGE deposit and even though they can’t provide any bills for anything they say the fixed. Like worn counter tops. Blinds. Yada yada. And I know they haven’t fixed anything because a friend of mine moved in right after I moved out they won’t issue my deposit back. Definitely suggest looking elsewhere for a rental . So many issues. We are grateful for our experience! Everyone we spoke to was professional, prompt with their responses and willing to help anyway they could from application to questions during our time in our home to post move out. Their team went above and beyond for us during a very rushed unexpected move. We are very grateful to all of them for helping us make the best of a hard situation!
The worst company I have ever worked with. Tarese Bradbury is the manager I worked with through this process. I would give negative starts if I could. I would NOT recommend working with Tarese Bradbury. We rented a home in Washington from them. From the day we moved in until the day we moved out it was just not good.
