Great place to live. They offer low income housing for seniors and the disabled. The office staff is a great bunch friendly helpful people!
Built in 1991 and refurbished in 2016 to linoleum flooring, new kitchen counters, etc. See photos. Vertical blinds over dual pane windows-very large ones. Has balconies or patios, some buildings are single story, others are two stories. If you are tenant, you can request a transfer from a two story with open stairs to a single story with a doctors letter.
