Brought in my lawn mower & weedeater let me tell ya I’m so happy with how both are working in excellent condition. I was also charged a great price to fix both !! Every-time I called for an update they were super kind and answered any questions that I had. I’m so happy with their service and will continue coming here. Thanks guys !!
I repeat don’t take your equipment here at all. The front desk lady who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional and so is this establishment.
If you take your lawn equipment there be prepared to get ripped off and they do not put all the parts back on your equipment, then to add fuel to the fire they over charge for services, example... just ask yourself how long does it take you to sharpen 3 blades, if you say 3 or more hours, then head their way because that's what they charge, 3 labor hours. 2.7 rating for this business says it all. Diagnostic fees are insane...just another way to get over on customers....Go elsewhere.
This was the second time we have brought our mower in for service here and we will continue to do so thanks to the wonderful service we receive. We are given realistic expectations and are always happy with the pricing we are given. It is sad that some people have nothing better to do but to write a bad review about an experience that might not have even been the company's fault. They are always so friendly and treat their customers with respect. Will continue to support our local small businesses!
