We are a 55 and older Mobile Home Park. We also rent full hook up spaces for long term use to RVs that are year 2000 or newer with a minimum 2 month stay rental agreement. There is a Bus stop right outside our park. The fire dept is less than 2 miles away. We are close to many businesses and eateries.

We've NO MANAGEMENT to rent to you legally, not approved Campground. NOISE ENDS BY 10 P.M.,NO NOISE AFTER TILL 9A.M.,SHERIFF'S DEPT WILL BE CALLED! !!!
Holiday Mobile is a nice place to live and a beautiful place to visit with your RV when traveling thru Sacramento. We have a pool, clubhouse, indoor showers, and a nice laundry room. The staff here are very nice and helpful and ready to assist you in anyway possible even if you come in in the middle of the night. Come by and see us, we would love to see you.
