All apartments are infested with cockroaches. Maintenance is non-existent. Loud and inconsiderate people run around all night stomping. Do not bring your kids here to raise them. Further more if you're an adult don't reside here. Again cockroaches running rampant. I believe it is because every month a new "family" moves in.
