Absolute disaster, terrible unspecific quotes from different people. The manager/owner, very unpleasant. I waited about two weeks for them to stop by for an estimate and possibly fixing the roof lights that they had installed six years ago. Never notified me on ETA, then when they arrived, the price changed from $1000 to replace with LED lights to possible $1800 or more to do couple of trees as well. Can't say enough about the team at Holiday Lights! 5 stars all around! I was on the fence about whether to do the same old thing myself or look into a way to do something new. From the jump, the staff was informative on some ideas and candid about what to expect cost wise depending on what we did. Getting an estimate was issue free and what to expect if we choose to move forward was transparent.
