I have had a great experience with Holiday Isles. Rachel Dennis has been so good with answering my buyers questions and helping us understand the current state of the HOA. Most management companies make it so difficult to get the answers needed to make a decision. Rachel took my call pulled up the info and accurately answered all of my questions. I wish every HOA management company had a Rachel!
I will never live in a HOA run by any company that does not allow our law enforcement. To park there own patrol cars in there driveways. This speeds up response times and could save lives. What a absolute disgraceful harassment tactic they are using against those who serve and protect. Which this company does obviously not suppory.

This company took over management of our condominium and we have had nothing but fee increases since, with inadequate justifications provided and minimization of concerns. I am confused as to why we made the switch from Plaza Realty & Management as things seemed to be operating well under their leadership.
