The hotel was clean and the service was awesome. I ended up calling the front desk three times within a half an hour. I felt bad, they wer probably like it's her again, but they brought what I asked for 3 separate times (within a half an hour) and each time he said, "if you need anything else, let me know." They were very hospitable. thank you Zachary. the food in the restaurant was good too. I have been there once a year for almost 10 years and I am always impressed with the service.
The hotel was nice & clean... no complaints there. We eat at the Heritage restaurant inside the hotel twice over the weekend, and both times our food took forever and many mistakes were made. The servers seemed clueless. It was very frustrating. We have dined at this restaurant before and had no problems then but these recent visits were very very disappointing.
I spend 3 days here every year, the staff is very helpful and the rooms comfortable. Look forward to spending time here again next year.

This was are first stay and the staff was great the breakfast could have been a little better and more choices the steak dinner was great made to perfection 10+ Thank you for making are stay a wonderful stay
The heat unit was so noisy and the mattress hurt my back otherwise everything ealse was 👍
Been staying couple times a month for 3yrs,clean and quiet has semi truck parking
