It was all good and nice. On the website it said breakfast was included but when I arrived they said there is no breakfast. There was no compensation either
Everything on their website is either not available or doesn't function. There's no breakfast. We were stuck in the elevator numerous times. There is no bar or restaurant due to it being closed down months ago. There's renovations being done. The hallways are lined with either new or old furniture, fixtures etc. It's nothing at all as advertised. There's no phones in the rooms to contact staff or call out which would help due to cell phone service not being great. Room wasn't clean. It was a crap show.
Long motorcycle trip. Tired. Paid and did the check-in both online the day prior to ease getting my room. Take off my gear and get into the shower. After a moment I glance down to see the bottom of the shower curtain covered in black mold (see pics) I stood away from that side and rinsed the soap off and got out. When later asking the front desk staff for info on pizza or Chinese delivery, I mentioned how disgusting it was in my shower and that they should change the curtain. The first floor is lovely, staff is nice but do NOT stay on any other floor because it seems that the housekeeping only tends to the first floor
