Huge upgrade from when it was Madison plaza! Billie at the reception is a superstar, always willing to help and greet you with a smile. Will definitely be coming back.
Renovated and Renamed from another hotel. Great location and close to everything. Just room air conditioner could make cooling, not heating.
Excellent stay at Holiday Inn Townsville. The newly refurbished hotel is modern, clean and perfectly located in the CBD. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great option for corporate travellers, I’ll definitely stay again when in Townsville.

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Townsville! The fresh renovation has completely transformed the hotel and everything feels modern, stylish, clean and incredibly welcoming. The updated rooms and facilities are beautifully presented. The staff were also wonderful, friendly and professional, and helped make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent right in the city! Would definitely recommend and will be staying again Thanks guys
