I entered the building from the side door and there was a dirty diaper on the ground. Then I went into the room and the tile grout was very dirty. I took a shower and the tub did not drain.
I had an awesome stay at the Holiday Inn in Beckley! The front desk staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever met. Roxanne checked me in and was just fantastic, super welcoming, and made the whole process quick and easy. Ruth and Shannon were just as great, always smiling and willing to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expect from Holiday Inn.
