We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Beckley! Roxanne at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The room was smaller than I thought it would be from the photos, but it was clean and accommodated my family. It was everything we needed!
Rooms, service, and location are great, but I get a Holiday Inn Express for the free breakfast since I don’t engorge myself with food. But $12 for a buffet breakfast that is the exact same as any other Holiday Inn Express is ridiculous. I can serve and clean up after myself, and if I want a restaurant style breakfast I’ll go out and get one. And not having a choice is off. Nates cool. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel sucks. Walked up stairs to meet stewart little! We took care of him and disposed of his body in the trash as picture.. Food made us sick & our ice bucket still had leftover water in it. Hot water was alright & beds are good, do make a lot of noise though. Is what it is for stopping in a random town on the way to our destination.
Our first time staying at this Holiday Inn. The rooms and amenities were well maintained. The breakfast was hot and had a ton of options, including great biscuits. The staff were so sweet and gave us recommendations for a nice dinner. The location is close to everything. Will be staying there again
