So I have stayed here twice. Both times it was rated 3 stars. It isn't, it isn't even close, 2 stars tops. So what is wrong with the hotel. Well there is no parking, it is in a section of town where there is nothing happening. Jesse James has been dead for over 80 years, and maybe it was a hopping location 80 years ago, but the area is in need of rejuvenation. I was there on a weekend, nothing happening. The location was the best part of the hotel other than the parking situation. The hotel is in need of serious upgrades, mold removal, proper cleaning and maintenance. The heater never worked correctly and there was pink mold on the shower head and throughout the titled area in the shower. The bedding was fair at best with a lack of any type of down comforter unless it was special requested to have a warmer blanket. Exceellent customer service.
Rooms are bad,food at the restaurant is over priced and not good. My truck was broken into and the lady at the front desk said they have no security but cameras have been ordered. I would never recommend this place. Hope they get there stuff together before someone gets hurt!
Worked 16 hours only to check in here in time to go to the bar and order food at 9:58 pm. They stop serving food at 10:00pm. The bartender took my order, (bartender was very helpful and pleasant), put my order in and told me not to worry about it being so close to closing time.
