The front desk supervisor was extremely rude, talking down to you . The front desk clerk wasn't any better. The rooms aren't bad if you need a place to stay but the staff isn't even 2star quality. Probably could use customer service coaching.
Remodeled and a bit pricey. Best hotel in enfield though for friends or relatives to stay nearby
I stayed here for a wedding I was attending a year and a half ago and the experience was so horrendous I haven't forgotten a detail. The hotel was having plumbing issues with a pump in the hot water system so there was a loud banging going on all night long. Instead of shutting off the pump they left it on all night long so some pilots could take a shower in the morning. Really tough experience. Many of the guests were able to change to rooms less effected (less noisy) but we were not.
