It was a great stay, nice clean rooms, restaurant was great, and our server Hope was incredible. She worked the place by herself, with a broken computer, and was still able to keep her composure and keep everyone happy.
We used the Conference Room space for a gathering this past Saturday and Tyler Teran made sure it was perfect! The space was clean and beautiful. Having 2 screens for view the Zoom meeting from made it so anyone sitting at any spot at a table could view them easily. Lunch was delicious and the staff was attentive. Definitely would host a gathering there in the future.
Do Not Stay Here!!!!! This place is just worn out! Upon entering the lobby the furniture is beat up and should be replaced! Bad first impression. The rooms are dark and not enjoyable at all. We asked to move our room as they stuck us by the elevator… they said no! Next …there was hair in the bathroom and no staff to reclean it. NO CLOSET.. no Iron!!! Then the toilet didnt flush and they wouldn’t send anyone until the morning to fix it! Finally the WORST issue was the darn train that goes thru at all times of the night! You w... read more
We stayed at the hotel then had a 1 day convention. Tyler was so amazing to work with. The check in was easy and The staff was so friendly and nice, breakfast and lunch was so good, the room was easy to use with 2 screens and a sound system. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious
Loved this hotel, it was clean and food was great! Tyler Teran was exceptional to work with.
