The air conditioner did not remain on, it shuts off automatically after 5 minutes and there isn't a way to keep it on, if you want your room hot or cold then forget it! Also, received no wake up call, even though the front desk knew I needed one. My children wanted to swim in the indoor pool, but there were cigarette butts in the pool. The WiFi worked when I first arrived, then after 20 minutes it wouldn't connect, even after several attempts later in the evening. Surprised by low rating here. We had different experience with clean and nice room and friendly service staying one night on the way from Denver to Black Hills SD.
I hate this place nothing works, no elevator, air conditioning doesn't work, toilet doesn't flush, bathtub doesn't drain, I would recommend no one stayed here ever again
Smelled funny, the building needs repairs, and the pool was closed. The room itself did not seem so bad though.
