The rooms smelled of mold and mildew. The attendant reluctantly changed our room three times to no avail. We came for a close relatives funeral!
I was going to stay here, but ended up leaving. First I was checked into room 313. I get up there and it smells strongly of mildew and BO, and the window covering was tattered and broken. I was going to try to make the best of it, But I quickly realized that the door wouldn't shut properly, so I went downstairs and requested another room. The lady was apologetic, and put me in room 413. I go upstairs, and I'm greeted with the same awful smell. Rooms where okay, but it still has low toilets. Recommend higher ones. Would be a great idea to have Handicap bars on all bathroom shower doesn't matter if you are elderly or disabled. Great service at desk very helpful. Im also a Member of Holiday Inn worth it
