Rooms inside were good, this place definitely needs some renovation but it did the job. The area is not the best, you’re pretty close to Tenderloin (search it up if you don’t know about it) which is a big downside, also not many affordable and good eating spots. The walls are incredibly thin as well, you can hear your neighbour at night time.

$100 to park and the gate isn’t even secured (garage door doesn’t close). If you’re going to charge premium, you need to make sure your facility is secure. No, there’s no security and yes I saw vagrants in the garage.
