Paid and reserved a king size room, they sold them all and left me a 2 small beds room. Couldn't even cancel me because I booked through my credit card. Also pool is really dirty. The floors around it look like they haven't been cleaned in months and people were tracking stuff into the pool.
Great service, helpful staff, gym has dumbbells. The breakfast buffet is the best!
