Although its been hard for ramada to fix all of the destruction from holiday inn .they are really working on the place i am staying here right now as we speak.and its way better than before .all i would have to say is if you booked along time ago call in advance to let them know.as they are working with poor record keeping from holiday inn..and im sure they will rectify any confusion by the time of arrival so as your stay and arrival will be more of a pleasure.
