Enjoyed our stay here. Very nice amenities. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The elk grazing across the property was really cool (not pets so enjoy from a distance). Would very much recommend.
This is a terrible hotel, we got bed bugs, and they charged us double how much we were supposed to pay. For the bed bugs we called the hotel and they said that they checked it out and they weren’t in the hotel room although my mom had a cluster of bug bites right after we slept in this hotel, seems like a coincidence, well it wasn’t. Also, they charged us double, luckily my mom found out before we left and we changed it back. The room was lovely - well maintained and large. It was noisy until sunset as the buildings are in close proximity to the pool which had kids enjoying themselves. The windows are only single glazed. Free tea and coffee available. Family friendly (too much so when youre just two adults) - pool, outdoor games, arcade games, smores). Would recommend if you're a family. Reception staff seem to play a game of 'keep looking at your screen hoping another colleague will serve you' during check in - not the friendliest service.
Already booked a flight to Phoenix but was not able to get hotels inside the park. So I booked this one and it turned out to be very satisfactory. The room is really big, the toilet was also huge. In the lobby we can fill our water bottles and coffee/tea also available. Went to see the breakfast and seems really nice, but we didn't get to eat there. Parking was easy and spacious. Considering this hotel is near the canyon, hotel feels luxurious.
