The convention center had rest rooms with only one stall and one had the door removed. For 550 people, the restroom access was unacceptable. In the hotel room, the shower leaked and water went all over the floor.
Perfect stay! Viviana from the breakfast was amazing!
One of my go to hotels in Orlando. The staff is friendly, pool is great, and the rooms are clean. My only annoyance is the timeshare people right next to the check-in desk. I am just trying to relax and have to navigate saying no to a sales pitch when I'm already a paying customer at the hotel.
Friendly customer service, the manager tried very hard to accommodate my stay. We got switched to a better room and because there was only a microwave in the lobby he moved one into my room. Helped me with my alarm clock and even gave me breakfast vouchers for my troubles. Overall very nice staff, very good location, okay rooms.
