Quiero felicitar al equipo de este hotel hicieron de la estadía de mi aniversario muy pero muy agradable el equipo de los desayunos son espectaculares en especial dos mujeres muy amables y serviciales Viviana y Daniela quienes con su sonrisa y buena actitud te hacen sentir en casa. Gracias equipo Dios les bendiga son únicos en verdad son únicos.

El desayuno excelente, la atención de Viviana en el bufet increible un sol de persona, la ubicación increible como mucho a 12 minutos de los parquea Disney, habitaciones espaciosas y limpias, tiene parking gratuito, en recepcion hablan español e ingles.

LOST RESERVATION. Booked directly with IHG, the owner of Holiday in, and our reservation was lost. Communicated directly with IHG who said our reservation was active, but the hotel had no record of it. Additionally, the represtative from IHG claimed to have spoken with the hotel and that the hotel confirmed to IHG that they had our reservation, but that was not the reality when we checked in.
