Claims to be no smoke property but when we got to the hotel after going out there were men smoking marijauana by the pool. The room smelled horrible and the restroom even worse. I had to go buy febreeze. They didn’t give us any more toilet paper after the first day we had to use napkins. The beds weren’t even done right either.

Very disappointed with the service we received from both the front desk staff and management. Our group booked over 20 rooms and paid for breakfast in advance. We clearly communicated the number of people in our group ahead of time, yet the hotel would not honor what we were told and agreed upon. When a group brings this much business to a hotel, you expect clear communication, professionalism, and for management to stand behind their commitments. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Very Clean Rooms with very clean and comfortable bed. Friendly customer service. It is located in close proximity of the 101 fwy, so you may hear some freeway traffic noise. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.
