Wow. Gorgeous hotel. Everything you’d come to expect from the Holiday Inn brand. Well lit, super clean. Friendly smiley staff. The lobby and continental breakfast area is both charming and modern, and the entire hotel has a pleasant aqua green color scheme. The continental breakfast offers free Cinnabon. There’s a pool. My daughter and I spent 3 days in Florida and this was a great place to stay, the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience in Florida. (Stayed July 3-July 6, 2018)
it is a very clean hotel, the room and bathroom were very large and all of the employees were great. They were sweet and helpful. However, I have a problem with being mislead into signing up for your IHG rewards. I was told if I sign up I can get points for my stay. And since I booked 2 rooms, I could get points for both rooms. I specifically asked that question and was absolutely told yes. Lo and behold, no points. I called the hotel and was told that you only get points for purchases you make at the hotel like sundries. Clean, comfy and great location. Everyone there was kind and friendly.
I am fanatical about cleanliness in hotel rooms. This was by far one of the cleanest. Comfortable, too. Breakfast was delicious. They even had gluten-free bagels individually wrapped as an option. My uncle lives 2 miles away and this will be my go to place whenever I come to visit!
