Excellent hotel! Very clean everywhere, quiet AC and quiet rooms. Country Kitchen restaurant attached to the hotel has great food and service! Everything you need for your stay!
Melissa was great hosting the Nutrition Hub! She was so attentive, quiet when she came in and out, and was just a pressure for our group. Thank you Melissa!
If I'm being honest I wasn't expecting much for Ontario OR but I purposely bought a room from the most expensive hotel in the area hoping it would be cleaner and safer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and even allowed us an early check-in. The restaurant and bar were nice to have other than they closed at 9pm. My biggest problem was cleanliness of the entire property. The hot tub was very gross. The room was not the cleanest (including our balcony) and even windows in the hallway looked like they had never been ... read more
